Saugatuck Kitchens Guarantee

Since 1998 Saugatuck Kitchens has been committed to providing exceptional customer service and stands by the quality of each product we sell. If you have any problems, comments or concerns please call us at 1-203-334-1099 and ask to speak to Sonia or David Wells. We do recommend that you enjoy our products within 120 days of receipt.

Shipping Rates and Services

Shipping cost is included in your price.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders can be shipped out on Monday through Wednesday of each week due to our product being shipped frozen.  Orders need to be received by Saugatuck Kitchens up to 24 hours in advance of the shipping day.  This assures us we have the required packaging materials including dry ice to meet the demand.  This is our standard shipping procedure.

Attached is a map below which indicates the parts of the country with expected days in transit from our Wisconsin shipping location.

Shipping costs are included in your cost. These costs do not include any guarantee made by the carriers on the product condition of perishable products. FedEx and UPS do offer service guarantees for their delivery times, but they will not pay any claims for perishable products. Please look at the shipping chart and make certain someone will be around to accept the package.

Delivery dates may be impacted by volume and or extreme weather conditions. To ensure that your order arrives on time, we reserve the right to ship standard packages early.

NOTE: Products ordered together may be shipped separately. Please advise when ordering if it is important that all items ship together.

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-203-334-1099 between 8am-4pm EST within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of perishable frozen food and will not refund orders that are refused when delivery attempts are made, orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or orders sent to recipients not available to accept the packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives. If we require a shipment to be picked up for return to our office, the customer must make the product available in good condition and in the original shipping container or the refund will not be honored. No refunds or replacements will be issued until the products are returned.  *Shipping charges are not refundable. Cancellation policy

Orders placed for future shipment can be cancelled by contacting customer service within one business day prior to the requested ship date of the order (during the month of December, we require five days’ notice). Cancellations can be accepted by contacting customer service at 1-203-334-1099.
